Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Lancaster, and running by way of Intercourse, Pequea, and Gap to a point on the dividing line between Lancaster and Chester counties; thence by way of Black Horse, Sadsburyville, Coatesville, Downingtown, and Paoli to a point on the dividing line between Chester and Delaware counties; thence to a point on the dividing line between Delaware and Montgomery counties; thence to a point on the boundary line of the city of Philadelphia.
