The following sections of public roads shall be adopted by the Commonwealth as a State highway, and shall be constructed and maintained at the expense of the Commonwealth under the provisions of present of future laws governing State highways.
Beginning at a point in Cameron Street, Route 22023, about 300 feet south of the intersection of Cameron and Maclay Streets in the city of Harrisburg, Dauphin County; thence in a general easterly direction over an improved road through the city of Harrisburg and Susquehanna Township to Route 22043, at the intersection of Herr Street and Twentieth Street on the Susquehanna Township-Harrisburg City line; thence continuing in an easterly direction over Herr Street along the said township-city line and through Susquehanna Township to the Susquehanna Township-Penbrook Borough line; thence continuing easterly over Herr Street to Route 140, at the intersection of Herr and Walnut Streets, in Penbrook Borough, Dauphin County, a distance of about 2.06 miles.
