Section 1753-5 - Costs of maintenance and construction paid from Department of Highways

The cost and expense of the maintenance, construction, and improvement of the highways herein described shall be paid out of any moneys appropriated to the Department of Highways for the maintenance, construction, or improvement of State highways.
