Section 10231.2109 - Applicability(a) [Deleted by 2021 Amendment.](b) Issuance.--The issuance of permits and other authorizations shall begin upon publication of a notice by the department in the Pennsylvania Bulletin that adequate temporary or permanent regulations have been adopted to initiate the program under this act.Amended by P.L. 210 2021 No. 44, § 8, eff. 6/30/2021.Added by P.L.
