Notwithstanding any other law, a claimant's participation in the program, option to discontinue participation in the program, termination from the program by a participating business or completion of the program shall not affect the eligibility of the claimant to receive unemployment compensation if the claimant remains eligible to receive those benefits under the act of December 5, 1936 (2nd Sp.Sess., 1937 P.L.2897, No.1), known as the Unemployment Compensation Law.
