Section 6-691-A - Applicability(a) General rule.--Except as otherwise provided in subsection (b), nothing in this article is intended to limit or otherwise abrogate the applicability of any other part of this act.(b) Conflict.--If there is a conflict between a provision of this article and any other provision of this act or other State law, the provision of this article shall prevail.
