Section 8391 - County may convey or lease lands, etc., to General State Authority

Any county shall have power and authority to grant, assign and convey to the General State Authority, with or without consideration, any lands, easements or rights in lands, together with any improvements, buildings or structures therein or thereon, now owned by such county or hereafter acquired by it, needed or convenient as a site for a county courthouse, or to lease to the Authority for a term, not exceeding ninety-nine (99) years, at a nominal or such other rental as may be determined, any or all such lands, easements or rights in lands, together with any improvements, structures or buildings therein or thereon.
