Section 3000.3055 - Licenses

A license for the collection of the taxes imposed by sections 3051 through 3057 shall be issued in the same manner as is provided for in section 505 of theact of June 5, 1991 (P.L. 9, No. 6) , known as the "Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority Act for Cities of the First Class."
