Section 3210.9 - Administration(a)Appropriation and administrative costs.--The general assembly shall appropriate funds to pay full-time and part-time military family education program grants under this subchapter. A portion of the funds appropriated may be used to pay the costs of the administration of this subchapter.(b)Limitation.--Administrative costs for the fiscal year in which the military family education program is enacted, and each fiscal year thereafter, shall not exceed 3.5% of the total amount of funds appropriated.(c) Initial use of funds.--Initial funding for the first 12-month period from the effective date of this subchapter may be used for administration and development of technological support applications.Added by P.L.
