Section 4103 - Distribution of local share(a) Distribution.-- (2) The department shall on a quarterly basis deposit the local share assessment imposed under section 4102(b)(1) (ii) (relating to taxes and assessments) into a restricted receipts account to be established in the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used exclusively for grants for projects in the public interest within the Commonwealth.(b) Duty of terminal operator.--A terminal operator licensee shall continuously provide the department with records, documents or other information necessary to effectuate the requirements of subsection (a).Added by P.L.
