As a condition of continued operation, a sports wagering certificate holder shall maintain all books, records and documents pertaining to sports wagering in a manner and location within this Commonwealth as approved by the board. All books, records and documents related to sports wagering shall be:
(1) Segregated by separate accounts within the sports wagering certificate holder's books, records and documents, except for any books, records or documents that are common to slot machine, table game and sports wagering operations and approved by the board;(2) Immediately available for inspection upon request of the board, the bureau, the department, the Pennsylvania State Police or the Attorney General, or agents thereof and, if the sports wagering certificate holder is conducting sports wagering at a nonprimary location, upon the request of the commission, during all hours of operation of the sports wagering certificate holder in accordance with regulations promulgated by the board; And(3) Maintained for a period as the board, by regulation, may require.Added by P.L.
