Section 7504 - Water Facilities Loan Board(a) Creation.--The Water Facilities Loan Board is hereby created as a departmental administrative board in the Department of Environmental Resources.(b) Repealed. 1988, March 1, P.L. 82, No. 16, § 20(a), effective March 26, 1988(c) Quorum.--A quorum for the conduct of business shall be at least five members of the board or their alternates.(d), (e) Repealed. 1988, March 1, P.L. 82, No. 16, § 20(a), effective March 26, 1988.1982, June 22, P.L. 577, No. 167, § 1, imd. effective.
