Section 2307 - Waters limited to specific purposes(a) General rule.--The commission may designate certain water areas for specific purposes and promulgate such rules and regulations as are deemed necessary to protect and manage the fishery therein.(b) Penalty.--Any person violating any rule and regulation promulgated under subsection (a) commits a summary offense of the third degree.1980, Oct. 16, P.L. 996, No. 175, § 1, effective in 90 days.
