(a) Imposition.--The department may assess an administrative penalty of up to $500 for each violation of this chapter or a regulation promulgated under this chapter.(b) Procedure.-- A penalty assessed under subsection (a) shall be subject to 2 Pa.C.S. Ch. 5 Subch. A (relating to practice and procedure of Commonwealth agencies) and Ch. 7 Subch. A (relating to judicial review of Commonwealth agency action).2002, Dec. 9, P.L. 1650, No. 211, § 1, effective in 120 days.
