Section 15338 - Suppression of animal and plant disease(a) Appropriations.--The county commissioners may make appropriations from county money and cooperate with the Department of Agriculture, for the purpose of controlling and suppressing: (1) dangerous transmissible diseases of domestic animals;(2) dangerous plant diseases;(4) diseases of honeybees.(b) Agreements.--For the purpose of carrying out this section, the county commissioners may enter into agreements with the Department of Agriculture concerning terms, rules, regulations and practices for conducting the work.Added by P.L.
