Section 13912 - Duties regarding county morgues(a) Coroner.--The coroner of a county in which a county morgue is established shall have the following duties: (1) Make general rules and regulations for the morgue's operation and control.(2) Appoint a suitable individual in charge of the morgue. An individual appointed under this paragraph may be removed at the pleasure of the coroner.(b) Salary board.--The salary board shall determine the number of individuals appointed under subsection (a)(2) and each individual's salary.Added by P.L.
