Section 681.270 - License and conditional license application; fee(1) A person desiring to obtain a license or conditional license from the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology shall make application to the board.(2) The application shall be made upon a form and in the manner prescribed by the board.(3) The application required by this section shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee established by the board.Formerly 694.355; 1995 c.280 §6; 2005 c. 698, § 7
