Section 603.992 - Penalties(1) Except as provided in subsections (2) and (3) of this section, violation of this chapter, or rules promulgated thereunder, is a misdemeanor.(2) Violation of ORS 603.065 is a Class B misdemeanor.(3) Violation of ORS 603.059 is a Class D violation.
