Section 478.215 - Position numbers for director election(1) Each office of director shall be designated by number as Position No. 1, Position No. 2 and so forth.(2) The secretary of a district shall assign a position number to each office on the board. The number so assigned shall be certified by the secretary to the director in office holding that position.
