Section 453.728 - Tanning device to comply with federal requirements; exception for certain phototherapy devices(1) Any tanning device used by a tanning facility shall comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations.(2) ORS 453.726 to 453.734 do not apply to a phototherapy device used by or under the direct supervision of a physician licensed under ORS chapter 677.
