Section 419C.460 - [Operative Until 9/1/2024] Process for unlawful possession of controlled substances(1) If a youth is within the jurisdiction of the court for having committed an act that, if committed by an adult, would constitute a Class E violation, the court shall proceed in accordance with ORS 153.062.(2) Nothing in subsection (1) of this section prevents a youth from entering into a formal accountability agreement under ORS 419C. 230 for a Class E violation.Repealed by 2024 Ch. 70,§ 72, eff. 4/1/2024, op. 9/1/2024.
