Section 406.505 - World War II memorial; maintenance(1) The World War II memorial constructed in the Capitol Mall in the City of Salem, Marion County, is an outright permitted use without taking an exception under ORS 197.732 to the statewide land use planning goals or changing the acknowledged comprehensive plan or land use regulations of Marion County.(2) The Department of Veterans' Affairs shall maintain the finished memorial.Amended by 2015 Ch. 531, § 4, eff. 6/22/2015.406.505 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 406 or any series therein by legislative action.
