Section 403.500 - Definitions for ORS 403.500 to 403.542 As used in ORS 403.500 to 403.542:
(1) "County" means the county in which all or a portion of the district is located.(2) "County board" means county court or board of county commissioners of the county.(3) "District" means a radio and data district formed under ORS 403.500 to 403.542.(4) "District board" means the governing body of a district.
