Section 390.270 - Definitions for ORS 390.270 to 390.290
As used in ORS 390.270 to 390.290:
(1) "Ocean shore" has the meaning given that term in ORS 390.605.(2) "Rural fire protection district" means a district organized under or subject to ORS chapter 478.
