Section 151.211 - [Operative until 7/1/2025] Definitions for ORS 151.211 to 151.221

For purposes of ORS 151.211 to 151.221:

(1) "Chief Justice" means the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

(2) "Commission" means the Oregon Public Defense Commission.
