Section 105.595 - Action to abate nuisance not to affect other remedies; exception

Except to the extent that a judgment has been entered in the action for damages under ORS 105.560(2), the abatement of a nuisance under ORS 105.550 to 105.600 does not prejudice the right of any person to recover damages for its past existence.
