Section 1-1430 - Forced implantation of microchip or permanent mark prohibitedA. No person, state, county, or local governmental entity or corporate entity may require an individual to undergo the implanting of a microchip or permanent mark of any kind or nature upon the individual.B. The State Department of Health may impose a fine not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) on any person who violates this act. Each day of continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 1-1430
