Section 205.1 - Organization license - Applications - Silent or undisclosed interestA. Any person desiring to conduct a race meeting may apply to the Commission for an organization license. The application shall be made on a form prescribed and furnished by the Commission and shall include a search waiver. The application shall contain the following information:1. the dates on which the applicant intends to conduct the race meeting; and2. the hours of each racing day between which the applicant intends to conduct horse racing at such meeting; and3. the location where the applicant proposes to conduct the race meeting; and4. the name and mailing address of the person, association, or corporation making the application; and5. if the applicant is a corporation:a. a certified copy of the articles of incorporation and bylaws, and b. the names and mailing addresses of all stockholders who own at least three percent (3%) of the total stock issued by the corporation, officers, and directors and the number of shares of stock owned by each; and6. if the applicant is a partnership:a. a copy of the partnership agreement, and b. the names and mailing addresses of all general and limited partners with a statement of their respective interest in the partnership; and7. any other information the Commission may require.B. A separate application shall be filed for each race meeting which such person proposes to conduct. The application: 1. if made by an individual, shall be signed and verified under oath by the individual; and2. if made by more than one individual or by a partnership, shall be signed and verified under oath by at least two of the individuals or members of the partnership; and3. if made by an association, a corporation, or any other entity, shall be signed by the president, attested to by the secretary under the seal of such association or corporation if it has a seal, and verified under oath by one of the signing officers.C. No person shall own any silent or undisclosed interest in any entity requesting an organization license.D. No organization license shall be issued to any applicant that fails to comply with the provisions of this section.Okla. Stat. tit. 3A, § 205.1
