Rule 9 - Preliminary ProceduresA. Once the determination is made that both parties are amenable to mediation, the program coordinator or designee shall set a time and place for a session and notify the mediator and parties.B. The program coordinator shall determine if possible, all parties who will be attending the mediation session so as to schedule size of room and any special equipment needed. The parties may provide an assisting party at their own expense.C. Prior to commencement of the mediation session, all parties will execute an agreement to mediate. See Appendix B.D. Prior to commencement of the mediation session, any individual attending a mediation session other than the parties and those persons affiliated with the program, will execute an agreement to abide by these Rules and the provisions of the Act.
