Section 49-143 - Increase in pension benefits

Any person receiving benefits from the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System as of June 30, 1986, shall receive a six percent (6%) increase in said benefits on July 1, 1986. The provisions of this section shall not apply to members receiving
