Section 943.99 - Penalty(A) Whoever violates section 943.11 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.(B) Whoever violates sections 943.01 to 943.10 and 943.12 to 943.17 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
