Section 5119.99 - Penalties(A) Whoever violates section 5119.333 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.(B) Whoever violates section 5119.27 or 5119.28, division (P) of section 5119.36, or division (A)(1) or (2) of section 5119.37 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.
