(A) The division of real estate may make rules governing actions relative to the suspension and revocation of manufactured housing dealers', manufactured housing brokers', and manufactured housing salespersons' licenses, and may, upon its own motion, and shall, upon the verified complaint in writing of any person, investigate the conduct of any licensee under this chapter. The division shall suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew any manufactured housing dealer's, manufactured housing broker's, or manufactured housing salesperson's license, if any ground existed upon which the license might have been refused, or if a ground exists that would be cause for refusal to issue a license. The division of real estate may suspend or revoke any license if the licensee has in any manner violated the rules adopted by the division under this chapter, or has been convicted of committing a felony or violating any law that in any way relates to the selling, taxing, licensing, or regulation of sales of manufactured or mobile homes.
