Section 4764.99 - Misdemeanor and felony violations(A) Whoever violates division (A) of section 4764.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.(B) Whoever violates division (D) of section 4764.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.
