Section 4758.46 - Prevention specialist assistant certificateAn individual seeking a prevention specialist assistant certificate shall meet all of the following requirements:
(A) Be at least eighteen years of age;(B) Have at least a high school diploma or certificate of high school equivalence;(C) Have at least the number of hours specified in rules adopted under section 4758.20 of the Revised Code of compensated or volunteer work, field placement, intern, or practicum experience in prevention services;(D) Have at least the number of hours specified in rules adopted under section 4758.20 of the Revised Code of prevention-related education that meets the requirements specified in those rules.Amended by 131st General Assembly, HB 230,§1, eff. 9/28/2016.Amended by 131st General Assembly, HB 113,§1, eff. 9/14/2016.Added by 129th General Assembly, HB 284, §1, eff. 3/22/2013.
