Section 3933.99 - Penalty(A) Whoever violates section 3933.04 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.(B) Whoever violates section 3933.05 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars.Effective Date: 10/1/1953 .
