Fees for real estate brokers and real estate salespersons are as follows:
1. A fee of not more than two hundred dollars, as set by the commission, must accompany an application for an individual's real estate broker's license and for each annual renewal of the license.2. For each license issued to a partnership, association, corporation, limited liability company, trust, cooperative, or other firm or entity, foreign or domestic, and for each annual renewal of the license, a fee of not more than two hundred dollars, as set by the commission.3. For an individual's real estate salesperson's license and for each annual renewal of the license, a fee of not more than two hundred dollars, as set by the commission.4. The commission shall set and collect reasonable fees to help offset the cost of operating the commission.
