Section 4.1-58-56 - Violations of chapter - Criminal penalty - Civil penalty1. A person violating a provision of this chapter or a rule adopted pursuant to this chapter, if punishment is not specifically provided for, is:a. Guilty of an infraction; andb. Subject to a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed five thousand dollars for each violation.2.
