Section 10-19.1-67 - Lost share certificates - Replacement1. A new share certificate may be issued pursuant to section 41-08-38 in place of one that is alleged to have been lost, stolen, or destroyed.2. The issuance of a new certificate under this section does not constitute an overissue of the shares it represents.
