Section 10-04-06.2 - Legacy fund investments - Notice filing1. Within thirty days of completion of the transaction, any issuer of securities in receipt of an investment from the legacy fund under paragraph 3 of subdivision a of subsection 3 of section 21-10-11 or under subdivision b of subsection 3 of section 21-10-11, shall file electronically a notice on a form prescribed by the commissioner and containing information as required by the commissioner.2.
