If any instrument filed with the secretary of state under the provisions of Sections62-13-8 or 62-13-9, New Mexico Statutes Annotated, 1978 Compilation, covers any real property, a notice shall be recorded in each county where any part of such real property is situate setting forth the nature of such instrument, the date thereof, the names of the parties thereto and the date such instrument was filed with the secretary of state. The notice shall be signed and acknowledged in the same manner as other instruments relating to real estate and entitled to recording.
