Section 61-5B-10 - Impaired dentists and dental hygienists treatment programA. The board has the authority to enter into an agreement with a nonprofit corporation to implement an impaired dentists and dental hygienists treatment program.B. For the purposes of this section, "impaired dentists and dental hygienists treatment program" means a program of care and rehabilitation services provided by those organizations authorized by the board to provide for the detention, intervention and monitoring of an impaired dentist or dental hygienist.Amended by 2015, c. 119,s. 4, eff. 6/19/2015.
