Section 5-11-18 - Recording documentsA. The district shall file and record with the county clerk the resolution ordering formation of the district, the general plan of the district and the canvass of any general obligation bond election.B. Upon formation of a district, and within thirty days before June 1 and December 1 of each year, a district shall file and record with the county clerk the notice requirements described in Subsection A of Section 11 [5-11-18.1 NMSA 1978] of this 2013 act and include contact information for the district board.
