Section 30-18-12 - Injury to livestockA. Injury to livestock consists of willfully and maliciously poisoning, killing or injuring livestock that is the property of another. B. As used in this section, "livestock" means cattle, sheep, buffalo, horses, mules, goats, swine and ratites. C. Whoever commits injury to livestock is guilty of a fourth degree felony.
