The Executive Director of the Division of Violence Intervention and Victim Assistance shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to implement the provisions of P.L.2023, c.167 (C.52:4B-60.4 et al.).
