Section 52:4B-45 - County victim-witness coordinatorsa. The Chief of the Office of the Victim-Witness Advocacy shall appoint a county victim-witness coordinator in each county.b. A county victim-witness coordinator shall be responsible for the implementation of the victim-witness rights program in that county.c. Each county prosecutor shall provide office space, when available, for the victim-witness coordinator of that county.d. Each municipality may provide office space for these purposes at minimal or no cost.
