The Division of Public Contracts Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance shall promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act, P.L. 2009, c. 335(C.52:40-1 et seq.), that are consistent with Executive Order No. 151 (2009) and its appendices.
