Section 52:35B-10 - Proceedings, records, contracts accessible to public

All proceedings, records, contracts, and other public records relating to procurement transactions authorized under P.L. 2021, c. 71(C.52:35B-1 et al.) shall be accessible to the public pursuant to P.L. 1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.), except as otherwise may be provided under P.L. 2021, c. 71(C.52:35B-1 et al.).
