Section 52:27D-43.24a - Forwarding of filing fee

The Clerk of the Superior Court shall forward $25.00 of the $250.00 filing fee for a divorce or a dissolution of a civil union provided for in N.J.S. 22A:2-12 on a quarterly basis to the Department of Community Affairs.
