The Commissioner of Community Affairs, not later than the first day of the sixth month next following enactment of P.L. 2017, c. 266(C.40:48-2.67 et al.), shall promulgate a model notice to be used by municipalities that determine to maintain a list pursuant to section 1 of P.L. 2017, c. 266(C.40:48-2.67).
